# Landlord HQ Pro

> Landlord HQ Pro is an iPhone and iPad app for UK private landlords. It does room-by-room inspections, emails timestamped PDF reports to tenants, and keeps a compliance vault for Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, HMO licence and PAT Test records, with reminders 60 and 30 days before expiry.

Landlord HQ Pro is free to download. Plus and Pro are one-off purchases. There is no subscription.

- Free: £0. One property, one inspection and one compliance document. Income and expense tracking, PDF reports, email to the tenant, and iCloud sync are included.
- Plus: £7.99 once. Up to 4 properties, with unlimited inspections and compliance documents. Yours forever, with no renewal.
- Pro: £19.99 once. Unlimited properties, inspections and compliance documents, and future features included. Yours forever, with no renewal.

The app also logs rental income and expenses in categories that match the HMRC SA105 property pages, tracks safety items (smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguishers and fire blankets), and includes a legionella risk assessment. It runs on the phone with no internet required and syncs through the landlord's own iCloud. The site says it needs iOS 18.6 or later, on iPhone and iPad.

Developer: Acesites. This site's privacy policy says the app is developed and operated by Ross Milner. The UK App Store lists the developer as acesites and the provider as Ross Milner.
